Welcome. Congratulations on you new baby!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Pole dance has gotten me back into shape insanely fast after having my 4th. Just be sure to take it slow at first, your abs, inner thighs and pelvic floor, will be weak and my understanding is you are kinda new to this form of exercise? So be sure to listen to your body. You are still dealing with hormonal changes, so please feel free to contact me with any questions. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif

Firstly congratulations on the birth of your son and secondly, welcome to Studio Veena. Its a great site for all kinds of pole related stuff (and some non-pole related, lol!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ).
Our Friday chats are really great because you get to chat to ‘polers’ from all over the world at all different levels, from beginner to super duper advanced!. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
The forums are also great for anything pole related. People on the site are really helpful and always ready to give advice, hints and tips.
Veena is great, she’s always there for any advice you need and if you’ve seen her videos you know she knows what she’s talking about! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif

    Welcome Kat.

The only other advice I can give, is to get some arnica. Tablets, drops or cream.
This will help the muscular recovery and get bruising sorted very quickly.
Just check with your local health food shop to make sure you don’t have any contraindications like a bleeding disorder etc.

I’m sure you’ll get addicted like the rest of us before too long.
