I am a new member and new to pole with only six sessions under my belt. The nearest studio for me is a 45 minute boat ride which in all is about an hour to hour in a half with travel. But I’m hooked. I took the plunge into the year membership trusting that I could benefit in the lessons even when I don’t have a pole to practice on. I need all the conditioning exercise that I can get to progress for I take this trip just once a week. I was very excited to see my yellow star!! Thank you!!

Hi 6562 (sorry, had to shorten that one, lol),
I’ve found everyone here to be totally amazing and supportive so far, and I’ve learnt such a lot too. I’ve been pole dancing for about 6 months (minus 2 useless months due to an injury) and so still consider myself to be relatively new to it but I’ve got BIG aspirations after seeing the vids on here. Enjoy! xx

Thank you Allgold for your encouragement. I’m going crazy not having a pole to practice on. So the other day I went in my yard and found a tree, I cut off most of the branches (I left a couple for a little cheat help). And I can practice some holds , Knee tucks, knee holds W/some Oblique work etc. I will keep finding more stuff to do on it. But it is not comfortable for alot being a tree with bark and protruding knobs . But the lessons keep me going. Thanks.

Haha, that’s real dedication when you’re lopping branches off trees!
