So my husband bought me another 40mm Xpole for my bday and it is not right…It seems to have to much slack at the bottom where the pole and base meet…it knocks back and forth ( this is my 7th Xpole and I have never seen this) it also has a huge wobble in it when placed on spin…I made sure all x joints were tight and it was not over tight. I have called and emailed XpoleUS with no response…does anyone have any suggestions?

Just read the post, "Does X Pole have to be screwed in" wherer X Pole Tech responded.  Try sending them a message.  I'll bump the message so that it's on the home page.  Hope that helps cause I'm looking forward to playing on the 40 when I come back, lol.

Use extension 102 which is Kimara.  She is an east coast girl now.

I had the same issue with my 40mm – do you have 9 ft ceilings? Mine was doing the same thing and it was because the skinnier pole wasn't able to be as sturdy at that height without an additional extension. Getting the additional extension fixed it like a champ – except for the tiny bit of warping that happened while I overtightened it to compensate for the knocking. Don't do what I did – good luck!

My husband was able to get through yesterday and spoke with Heidi and they are sending us a new bottom piece and that should fix it 🙂 I am sooo excited!!  Again I have been very impressed with X-Pole and their team 🙂

LittleC – What warped on your pole?  My 50mm was overtightened by mistake and after a lot of trial and error I litterally just got it unstuck today.  I am acquiring a new x-joint bc mine is stripped, but I want to be aware of any other issues that I may run into.  Thanks!

The pole was not warped just the bottom piece was off a bit….which caused slack and a wobble…they are sending a new piece 🙂

Hey Sam I am, have you fixed your Xpole yet. Just wondering cuz I'll be ordering mine soon and I want to get a 40 mm and I have 9ft cielings lol. Just want to make sure I know wether or not to order the extension piece that LittleC mentioned to make it stable. Thanks

I did receive the new pole A and it fixed the problem. I have 10ft celings so I had to order an extension anyway. It works like a champ!
