i love these! they're awesome conditioning and i referenced this exact video on another thread in the forum as to how to smoothly chopper/inverted V on a spin pole! great video =)

Well just attempted this- it’s hard!! I can do it but very very sloppily! Its such a pretty move I’ll definately work on it 🙂

Ooohh very cool. I do a similar one in this video that I call the scissor spin. 🙂 This is the only video I have of it. I often do one more twist instead of going into the ballerina.

love it eva! I love doing the beginning of that combo on spin–what's it called? i loved the whole vid–saw lots of cool stuff i want to try. 🙂

Thanks. 🙂 Do you mean where I pull myself up before doing the scissir move? I don't have a name for it, i just call it a pull up spin 😛
