    yes, that's the one. i'd never done that one before i got a spinny pole. i LOVE it, cool to see other transitions into other combos. 🙂

    i love this move! my teacher always does this trick; i would love to get here one day… all the more reason just to keep pushing harder =) good luck; you'll get it!

    She's spinning to the right and kicking around to the left, right? I'm trying to understand the mechanics.

    Hahhaha reverse fan kick LOOKS easy but boy, it's much harder than it looks. Took me a couple tries to perfect it. One of the Crunch teachers taught us in early August and pretty much everyone, no matter how advanced, had trouble! I think it's using more core and opposite muscles from what we normally use.

    you also need strong arms if you want to repeat it a few times =)

    thank you guys–i wanted to make sure i was seeing it right as it did NOT seem possible and looks soooo deceptively easy!! i will get this move someday.  yi yi yi.

    i see what my problem is. i cant even do an aerial fan kick! i thought i was strong but geez! humbled AGAIN.

     yeah–impressive!! I can do kicks from the floor but can't get my legs that high when I'm on the pole.

    Yes I do these perfectly! (but not at the moment being pregnant-don't do anything abdominal or too much core right now)

    It uses a ton of core work.You have to do them every week, just like your inverts, hand springs and caterpiller and shoulder mounts to keep up with the ab work.

    Keep working at it and you'll get it!
