for me it doesnt do anything, impossible to do spins with that in my hands, and i find its not strong enough to hold when i do inverts
their other products are good tho, like the ankle things with tack on it to climb

I'm a fan, I use it every session. Just a little bit on my palms, and on my inner thighs if I'll be doing any holds. I sweat in these areas, the Mighty Grip helps this. I generally only have to apply once, so it lasts a long time too. Hope that helps!

I guess it depends on what you're using exactly. The gloves worked terribly for me. And they ripped after the first time using them. I then started using Dry Hands for a while until I could strengthen my grip, then stopped using it for a while. I do recommend it if your grip strength is weak and you just need that extra oomph to your hands.

My grip is awesome, I just have a problen with sweaty hands

i can still spin with dry hands on its perfect (on me , but i don t know about others) seems like a lot of polers love dry hands!

Mighty grip powder is awesome in my opinion. I always use that. Its important that I wash my hands, right before using it, otherwise it doesnt get sticky on my hands, but if I do that, its a winner everytime. I used the gloves with tack for the first year, they were amazing, and lasted the whole year, until I had worne of the tack. Non tack, never worked though.

It works great for me under normal conditions. I’ve tried the gloves though and they seem to stop me in my tracks, so I think I would only use them when I am learning difficult poses and really don’t want to move.
I don’t have sweaty hands though and just need a little bit of grip to help me stick.

This is a really good summation of the different grips out there and who they work for. I have never had luck with mighty grip but I know others who love it.
Thanks to Aerial Amy for this: http://aerialamy.com/blog/grip-aids/

If I'm dancing on a pole that isn't mine, I bring mighty grip with me among other grip aids too. I have used it when a pole feels greasy or when grip aids left on a pole have made my hands slip and it's worked well. I don't need grip aids at home though. I think if you can get small sizes of all the major grip aids its a good idea, then you can see what works for you. Different conditions will call for different aids. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

I love MightyGrip! My secret formula is Tite Grip first then MightyGrip on top. I find that combination lasts longer than DryHands.

I use different grips depending on the situation – warm pole and warm conditions I like mighty grip, in the colder weather I like dry hands. I get best results when I wash my hands with soap and water and dry them throughly before applying any grip aid. I also like to apply a little bit of chalk to my pole if its hot or the pole is a bit greasy for whatever reason. I didn't like the mighty grip gloves for my pole, but have found them useful for the lyra and aerial training, especially when hands are sore and hurting. I like mighty grip powder the most for aerial training such as trap, lyra, silks, rope etc. Its good stuff, but so is all the other stuff too – you must experiment to work out what works for you and when.

No one grip product will work in all situations for everyone each time it is used. So many variables; temperature, humidity, type of pole, nerves, time of month, I can go on but you get the idea. You should have more than one grip aid in your bag of tricks.

Mighty grip never worked for me becuase my body temperature never warms up enough, but I know a LOT of people who carry it around everywhere. So it must work for them!
