oversplits question
I'm ready to try oversplitting my middle splits. I was planning on using my foam roller, but here's my questions:
1) Should I have the foam roller in place BEFORE going down into splits, or go down first, then somehow roll it under my ankle?
2) Should I do one leg at a time, or find another device (rolled towels, etc) and oversplit both legs at once?
