please help! ‘a’ pole on my x-pole is stuck!
Hey everyone,
It's been AGES since i last posted, but im back, and i have a problem! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
I moved house, & am currently trying to install my x-pole into my new house. My problem is that my 'a' pole won't unscrew! Therefore, i can't unscrew the adjuster cover & adjust the height to instal my pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
I have the x-pole with the x joints if that helps anyone answer my question/help.
Please, PLEASE help!

I have this problem with my x-pole too but mine is an older model so I'm not sure if this might work but it's worth a try. My instructions suggested inserting the loosening rod and then giving the rod a slight tap (I would use my wrench). Apparently the vibrations that travel from the rod to the pole are enough to unstick them.
If you have your instructions, there should be a troubleshooting section that will give you the specific solution for your model.

Okies, so ive got the 'a' pole itself loose and unscrewing (yay!)….but the cover is still stuck https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

Maybe try tapping it LIGHTLY at the top of the cover with something firm??? Kinda like you would with a stuck jar top. Not too hard though cuz you don't want to warp it. Just want the vibrations to get it to loosen. Maybe even your hand to start.
