Did you know I offer over 170 Choreographed routines and Combos, that include static and spinning pole?

I always suggest and encourage those who are new to pole dance or my website to start with a program so they develop an understanding of how I teach and build a foundation. Because of this it’s often overlooked that I offer options that aren’t included in the programs for dancing with your pole.

No only will you find plenty of content to keep you dancing, I enjoy creating different styles for you to work with. I’m not the kind of person who enjoying only one stye of music or dance and I think it’s good for us as a community to be open to exploring other styles. Even it they feel awkward at first!

Another great thing about my combos and choreo tutorials is I provide verbal cues, text cues, slow motion and related tutorials are always listed below the main video. This allows you to refresh your memory or learn a new trick that’s incorporated in the combo or choreo without needing to click away from the routine.

Here are some suggestions for when to head over to my Choreography section of the website:

    1. You’re wanting a longer pole session than what a program, class or plan offers.
    2. You have a good understanding of the fundamentals and want a new challenge besides working on tricks, strength or stretching.
    3. You want to express all the “feels”. Maybe it’s sadness, happiness, anxious, stressed, I bet I’ve got a routine that will speak to you. If you need help finding one, feel free to connect with me on my profile here to message and I’ll help you find what you’re looking for.
    4. You’re following a program but feel like dancing instead of following the training for that day.
    5. You’re looking for combo inspiration for a showcase or performance. I’d love to see if you record it!
    6. You want to improve on connecting tricks and flow.
    7. You feel stuck, unmotivated, or in a pole funk.

Here’s a link to all of my Choreography videos.

This is one of my favorite intermediate level, spinning pole routines.

Departure – A practice in flow and expressing sadness, emptiness or longing. The first half of the tutorial contains minimal verbal cues, the second provided more in-depth cues for all movements.

How many combos or routines have you tried here? Which one is your favorite?
