Hey guys! I’ve had several questions on my social media accounts about pole dancing and pregnancy. You may recall I recently uploaded a RANT about this but I had so many questions after that I decided to make another video. I’ll share both of them below.

Here’s my RANT about pole dance and pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood

This video 12 tips for Pregnancy and Postpartum, contains a more detailed information about poling while pregnant and I even include tips for those who are ready to start pole dancing postpartum. Also you’ll find tips for anyone working on healing their abdominal separations (diastasis recti).

Last I’ll add in my video that’s included in my teacher training course about pole and pregnancy.

PS who knew old photos of my 3rd pregnancy would come in handy!

I’m 8 months pregnant and still pole dancing! No one has told me to stop, just to be careful with abdominal crunches.

I tried prenatal yoga, but its just not my thing!

Looking forward to diving into the resources.

I’m not pregnant yet, but I was always told that what you did before pregnancy you can do during. You just need to listen to your body and be careful with movements where you activate your abs. I also remember when Cleo the Hurricane was pregnant and she was really candid on what she continued to do and what she didn’t do while pregnant. I’m glad both of you posted for this now other pregnant poling moms can still do it with confidence.

You totally can. I’m definitely not saying everyone should stop pole dancing if they’re pregnant. I will say, it’s not ok for instructors to tell women exactly what pole tricks are suitable when pregnant because everyone is very different. There just isn’t a once size fits all for pregnancy and pole so my goal is to provide a guideline so everyone can make the best decision for themselves. If you’re curious about my pregnancy pole journey I have a compilation video if you’re interested. 😄
