Pole recommendation
I did pole years ago prior to Covid and loved it. The studio I attended never reopened and I’d like to start again. I truly miss it. I’m not sure what kind of pole to get. I kinda of know the diameter just from previous but am not sure what is a good brand without spending a ton. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks!

Hi there! I happen to have several videos to help you decide. I’ll share them below.
As far as which brand I recommend X pole Lupit or lil minx also, platinum stages is a good option if you want a permanent pole. Little minx is a nice option. If you know you’re staying in your place and only need to adjust the height a little bit. It’s a single piece pole that adjust just and it’s really easy to set up and take down.
