    Im guessing we've all had pole burns. I got one last night on the side of my left armpit. It hurts sooo bad. I put some aloe vera gel that is usually for sunburns but i figured it cant be bad for pole burns also.

     

    What are your tricks for pole burns?

    I have an aloe plant so whenever i'm burning I slice a piece off and rub it on. Works instantly.
