pole cracked tile?
hi so i just bought the megabrand pole (old version of xpole) and installed it but i just noticed after some twirls, it cracked my tile. Did i tighten the pole too much? is there anything i can do or put under to prevent even more cracking? please help, thank you

This is probably because when the pole is installed it needs to be very tightly set up (why making sure it’s against a beam/solid ceiling is important). It uses a lot of pressure to hold it in place. I can’t imagine tile can withstand that, and putting things underneath or not tightening would be very unsafe as you’re risking the pole falling as soon as you bear weight on it.

If it cracked a tile it’s most likely a tile issue and not the pole. Poorly installed or very cheap tile.
