    The dreaded pole sit, for anyone who has any chub in their thigh LOL. I have noticed some of the pro polers will do their pole sits and thigh grips a bit closer to the knee and beginners do it closer to the upper thigh. Is this because it's easier or safer for beginners? Just curious if there was a differneceI have been playing with it a little. Thanks all!

    Personally, I find I get an excellent grip higher up on the thighs, and can have a little bit of hip twist that really helps, but I've never actually played with the positioning!
