  pole size difference

  Hello, I am about to order my xpole and I need to know two things.
  -What is the difference between a 45mm and a 50mm?
  -Are they static and spinning or https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif one is static and one is spinning?

  The only difference between the 45 and the 50 is the size. Neither size is necessarily better; it comes down to personal preference. Some people say that if you have rather small hands you’ll do better with the 45, which is the smaller of the two.

  So yes, both the 50 and the 45 can do both static and spinning. You just adjust the little screws at the bottom to change between spinning and static.
