pole things im working on/going to work on
I am putting this here were i can come back to it and see what i have accomplished later on in my journey. when i first started i didnt have a journal of what i was doing or able to do.. i regret that. my first pole i believe was a fake xpole, it got a dent in it and i couldnt use it any more. Then i bought my second pole which is titanium gold xpert from xpole site (love it) in 2015 i believe and felt discouraged so stopped…. this time around i have the mindset of taking it slow and keep working on what i can do and not worry about what i cant do…

pole climb (working on) can do crucifix cant do the second part of it

side pole hold (working on) cant really get my feet up
back bend slide (can do)
side sit (can do but needs work)
skater (needs work)want to start working on

floor transitions scissor leg combo
