I am moving to Redding California here soon and um trying to find pole classes in the Redding Chico area. I’ve tried doing an online search but still can’t find anything. Also I will be moving from a house into a trailer and I was wondering what poles work best in a trailer? Thanks D

Redding is so hottttt in the summer. 🙂 def check out the sundial bridge when you get there …I just started poling and live not to far away and also have had issues finding a studio to practice with other women… This site is by far the best I have found. Maybe look into a free standing pole 😉

You might have to travel to Red Bluff or Oroville. Try searching alternative fitness types as more pole classes and aerial classes are now being offered in cross fit type places.

Oh and if you are referring to a mobile home, like a single wide double wide etc. you can use any pole, just make sure to find your over head beams. But I now love my star stand alone, so I am all for free standing poles.

Thank You both for the helpful information. I currently have a LilMynx powered coated static/spinning pole. If the ceiling highs are the same I was hoping to still be able to use it. If not I just want to get the best pole possible for the trailer.

Amrita May in case you are interested I did find a studio in Redding. It’s called Fusion Life Fitness and they offer pole classes. It’s located on 1690 California Street Redding CA and the number is 530 510 1056. It is an hour away from where I will be living. An hour drive once a week isn’t so bad plus it will be worth it to be able to take pole classes.
