poling while dieting
I have 2 weeks in with nutrisystem and a day off a week. While poling I can’t believe how much easier it is while being distracted with poling. I hadn’t lost a lot of weight yet but I feel great. Sometimes while dieting in the begining you feel like you don’t have any energy but its about the music and the way you excerise it doesn’t feel horrible long. Goes fast.
the only thing I can complain about it, I’ve had my pole for a few weeks and now have found I can only do a few spins, floor work, dancing around the pole , and a elbow stand to legs up. ( note – I’m admitting its on spinning mode still) Anyway I’ve decided its time to step it up a notch and actually work on specific beginner ones continously. I think then I may be fit enough to take full advantage of a progressive class.
