Hi all! Just wanted to get some advice from the pole moms out there. I just recently found out i was pregnant, and was wondering how long i could pole before harming anything, if at all? And, if you continued, what were some good exercises to keep my flexability and strength through out the pregnancy?Any and all responses are greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙂

I stopped inverting around 3 months. I continued to dance when I felt like it, just dancing and easy stuff tho, I didn’t push myself. did light straddle stretching also. congrats! 🙂 im 7 days away from delivering mine.

I delivered my third baby 6 weeks ago. I stopped inverting at 12 weeks. Even before I stopped inverting I stopped learning new crazy tricks. I stuck with the ones I was well versed and comfortable executing. I did spins, floorwork and danced until 28 weeks. I am now doing Veena’s 30 Day Take Off to help me get back to where I was.
