    Hello
I have been wondering if it’s possible to keep poling while pregnant or what are some things I can work on to not lose all my progress. I’m almost 5 months and although my belly is still small I haven’t found much I can do with out using my abs . should I just quit till after the baby is born?

I’m 3 1/2 months and finding it difficult to keep up with anything as well that doesn’t feel like it’s pulling. Looking forward to some responses. In the meantime I’ve just been working on flexibility and I’ll just move from time to time to release emotions.

There are several previous discussions on this topic if you would like to do a search for more info. Here is one that I found https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/338

Always listen to your body, now is not the time to work on new things or push yourself. Congrats to both of you!!!!

My personal discovery with pole and pregnancy. I continued to invert and teach until around 30 weeks. At 30 weeks I stopped teaching and just worked out from home. I had the okay from my doctor, and would in no way recomend it without discussing it with your doctor. Obviously I had to give up a few things… Ie no Iron X or geminis. My body bounced back much faster than with my previous pregnancies. There are plenty of ground and upright exercises you can do to help maintain a workout regiment and pole strength without exhausting or hurting yourself.
