So I bought a pair of Ellie’s and I do like them. They were true to size for my narrow narrow feet. I wear a size 10 and except for having to make the ankle buckle tighter and put a gel cushion where the ball of the foot falls, if fits okay. I was wanting to try Pleasers too and am so confused as to what size to order. I have very narrow feet and am a size 10. Suggestions?

I don’t have any suggestions but I’m very interested to know what people think about this…I’m about to buy my first pole shoes and it sounds like we have identical feet! 🙂

Well, I have 2 pairs of pleasers.

    1. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00125TOHM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    2. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0028TUS9E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

In street shoes I’m a 9 or 9.5, but I got a 10 in the Pleasers because I heard the run small… and they do. a 10 fits but my toes are right to the edge, but I feel like an 11 would just be too big.

As far as the shoes without the ankle straps (#2) sometimes I want to try certain moves or spins with and without heels back and forth… and not have to stop and sit down to take them on and off.

After reading amazon reviews people said the plastic across the foot was pretty tight, and there were even tips about warming it up with a hair dryer to get the plastic to expand.

I did NOT find it to be tight, actually they are a little loose, and I don’t have a particularly narrow foot. They aren’t falling off or anything, but I have those ball of the foot cushions for heels I may put in them if I want them to be tighter to invert or something.

I would not want to size down or my foot would be over the edge… But I would avoid these if you have a really narrow foot 🙂

I have narrow feet size 8 and cant wear gel pads so my toes are a bit hanging out and it hurts in some moves during floor work. I did brake a toenail and now I tape them with invisible tape and make sure my straps are as tight as possible. Be careful walking in those of the pole especially 7 inches and up. I fall walking to my car on the pavement. So now I just carry them everywhere I need and change before I dance.
Oh and one more thing .. black insoles will stain your feet dark blue color
