I can do body rolls from the floor and in the air facing the pole (I use a forearm grip), but I can't seem to get them from a shoulder mount.  Here's what I'm talking about @2:15:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5bz3zWNazE  …I know it's all the same basic movement but I can't get this one to look pretty…any tips?

So you can't do them at all or you can't make them look nice? I find these ones much more ab and hip initiated than the other kinds, I guess because your chest is essentially immobile, which is where I would normally start my floor based ones from.  In fact, I sometimes use this as an ab exercise 'cos I find it so much tougher than the actual shoulder mount:)

Both – i mean, i can hang there and move my hips/legs, but it doesn't look like it's supposed to…
