I have been knocked off the ground sick since Tuesday. I have been completely congested in the head and chest. I know some people can exercise when sick, and I do when I am able, but not when I feel like a train ran over me. Anyway, I am finally starting to feel somewhat better and think I can return to exercise either Saturday or Sunday, or I may just wait until Monday, when I have pole class at my studio.

My question is, I was on day 15 of the take off and am now behind. Do I just hit previous lesson to get back to the day I was on? I feel so frustrated. IT seems like every time I make a lot of progress with anything, something happens to derail me.

It’s up to you, if you have never poled before than I would say start over, however if this isn’t you’re first “rodeo” go ahead and just do the next day.

lol, your first “rodeo.” I may just start from the day I left off. I mean, I have poled before, I pole with @polefitmom at her studio. I have started and stopped several times, but I have been pretty consistent since January. I can climb, I can do basic spins, I can prace, etc. I know most basic things. I just wanted to build strength with the 30 day take off, now that I have renewed focus and finally feel able to be involved and go for it with poling.
