silicone xpole,when????
anyone know when it will be released in the USA andif you will be able to spin on it in spin mode,ive heard that the pole sleeve is the same thing but you cant spin on it.

You can technically spin on it—it’s just near impossible. The texture is similar to chinese pole. I’m told by a Bad Kitty Ambassador that it’s supposed to be Q1 of next year. Even though x-pole was supposed to have it out before Christmas of this year.
it’s pretty much the exact same thing as a pole sleeve. An x-pole rep came into SV and commented on this a couple of months back in this thread:

and i heard it was suppose to be out by xpole last month,i was just curious how far they pushed the date back 🙁

The X-Pole silicone poles were to be released in all versions in late January 2014. However, our factory ended up with 0.75m (2.5′) of water following a Typhoon in October which destroyed a lot of our new production stock and so the launch of new products has had to be delayed by a month.
We hope to be releasing and have stock on the ground for late February or before if at all possible.

Does this apply to the powder coated poles as well?

Yes Powder Coated poles will be released hopefully at the same time as the Silicone.
Both Silicone and Powder Coated will come in Hot Pink and Black.
Fuller updated info on all new products will be released before or just after Xmas.

Wow! When I asked, Xpole UK told me they won’t be out before the end of the year! So maybe there is some hope that they will start selling them soon in Europe as well? Can’t wait for them and the powder coated!
