Does anyone have any recommendations for installing in a pole in a basement with a really low ceiling? Like REALLY low…6’4″. Would it be pointless?

I am thinking about putting my pole in my bedroom. I would have to take the mattress off of the frame and set it on the floor and then flip the mattress up against the wall when I was ready to pole. At this point I’m ready to move my whole bed out and sleep on the couch. I want to get fit so bad and I love pole and think that it is something that I would stick with. My problem is I live in a double wide trailer and not sure how to go about attaching the pole to the ceiling. I want to buy a pole with a stage so I wouldn’t nave to attach it to the ceiling but I have to wait until I can afford one.

In my area, I had my pole off centre in the room. It was ok until I started getting into more complex moves like extended butterfly. Once I got to that point, I removed my light fixture so that I could have more room. I had to buy a lamp for the room now but seems to be my best personal option. I am still limited on some moves but you start to learn the dimensions of your area area after a few mistakes 🙂

I keep my pole in my bedroom and it’s less than ideal. In fact, I just posted a video and you can see how I have to sometimes flex my feet to avoid hitting the wall or ceiling. I also don’t have enough height. It works but it isn’t ideal.
