    So for the past few days, my muscles have been peretty tight. I was stretching before pole class today and I could hard do anything. Do you ladies know any nicest that will help loosen my muscles. Thanks in advance

    When you're stiff, try not to sit around too long. It ends up making you feel REALLY stiff. Try doing some light activity (not pole work) but swimming, walking, gentle yoga. Foam rolling and gentle stretching can help too. Try stretching and foam rolling after a very hot bath!!  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

    I've been having this problem the past couple days too!  I've just been warming up my muscles really good and then taking a lot more time with the stretching.  Just trying to be patient with my body.  I will definitely try some of the tips Veena recommended as well!

    Hot shower works too, then put on sweats and do some foam roller.  Ahhh. . .
