Hi buttercup – if it's sweat she needs an anti perspirant like Tite Grip – which is what I recommend…she needs something to inhibit the sweating.  I'm also super sweaty and I swear by using tite grip an hour before class then I dab some more on about a half hour before class.  I also intermittenly use Griiip.

you can try having her use drysol (its avail over the counter at any pharmacy). she should put it on the night before she has classes and then use dry hands or some other "same day" grip aid.

It has worked amazing for the girls in my class who are extremely sweaty in the hands and feet

Sweat wicking pole clothes help me in addition to Tite Grip.  Wearing a regular sports bra and shorts, they are soaking wet usually in 15 minutes.  I know it sounds weird, but wearing poleskivvies, I still sweat horribly…but they are damp instead of soaking wet.  For me, that can be the difference between being able to stay on the pole with anything that requires the pole basically at my crotch or sliding.

My dermatologist prescibed Glycopyrrolate for me. It helped me a lot with the sweat. I take it only when I need it, a few hours to the night before I know I'm going to need it. It's not perfect, sometimes I still need Dry Hands on top of it but it definitely made a difference for me.
