I love Med Grip for my legs but i need something different for my sweaty palms. I want to still be able to have enough slip to do spins but still have a sure grip for tricks. Suggestions?

I hear good stuff about Dirty Girl Poletice for sweaty issues.

I just brought a grip sample pack ( i love it) Oddly Veena i got the trial pack mainly to give the Dirty Girl Poletice ago…..but it didnt work that well for me on its own applied with other grips it worked. I got a mix of samples (not all are listed) and i found ‘Dry GRIP’ the best personally on hands and itac2 best for legs – The day i got my trial pack i went a bit OTT and tried all them out – I found out there is something as too much grip 😀 http://www.everythingpoledancing.com/product/gripsample ps they ship worldwide but are based in the UK 🙂

    Hi Megsmith
DGP technically isn’t a “grip”, it’s for sweating. You could make a grip by adding alcohol to it, but I wanted to focus on the sweat issue. It’s actually made to use with other grip aids. It will give you grip if you are sweaty, but if you are dry, it will just make you more dry (that’s it’s job), thus feeling slippery.

    My fav combos are
For sweaty but dry skin (oxymoron! lol) in other words, not naturally oily (my personal issue)
    DGP first, then on top

For sweaty but maybe weak hands
DGP first, then Mighty Grip on top. This is major grip combo.

If you are just sweaty, then DGP is all you need because the sweat “mixes” with it in the glands and creates a bit of tack.

    HTH!

I’ve been using Prince Grip for my sweaty palms – I think it’s for tennis players and golfers… Tite Grip is also good, but best applied about 15-30 mins in advance. You could also try this: http://www.poledancevideos.com.au/sticky-bitch/ 🙂
