omg sair how long has yours taken so far???……… 10 hours in the chair ain't worth thinking about!!! mind you beauty is painful,, and as us women ain't no strangers to pain since we're polers….. but reckon theres a limit and 10 hours of tattooing is it!!!!!!!!!!! sair your hard core babe,,,,I'm glad moxie put this up,, its nice that we all have similar interest and i love seeing every ones art work sooooooo more pic plz:)

I agree, more pictures! I still need to get the one up that I have on the top of my foot… which, now that I think about it, climbing hasn't affected at all.

haha thanks K8! 🙂 Not 10 hours in one sitting! I think I would have passed out!
6-7 hours at a time is the limit for me! You just start hitting the point of no return when you feel almost unconscious even though you are clearly conscious! Not sure if any of you ladies have ever hit this point but apparently is VERY common. Pain is beauty! K8 you're so right! If anyone knows about surface contact/ skin pulling stretching, crunching pain, it's pole dancers 😉
LOVE seeing everyones pictures!!! more more more!!! I know there was one woman on here that had a STELLAR peacock tattoo on her side. Beautiful colours!

I just had Bettie Page tattoed on my calf, but i got it designed with a pole too, i wanted to combine my love of pole and burlesque. is healing nicely, can't do crucifixes though..

yoyo vickiezoo,,, we have to see your tattoo please please put a pic up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and sair i done 4hours and hit a right wall had to eat loads of chocolate and stuff get my blood sugar back up………..crazy,, then a 2 hour which was cool!!!! so i was right your hardcore!!!lol 🙂
-
bahahahahahaha K8 I did the EXACT same thing! my friend ran out and bought some sour keys and a twix for me! Seriously the blood sugar dip is crazy! You actually have to consume a rather large amount of sugar to get it back up to normal.
I think anyone who endures a tattoo large than the size of their fist has to be pretty hardcore and good with pain 😉
Vickiezoo, show us!! 🙂

This thread has me so excited to get mine! C’mon April! I asked one of the doc’s last night to right me a script and he said ‘what is it for?” ..I told him..he just shakes his head and writes me a script for something..Yes, while I don’t mind pain..have a sudden and jarring threshold! We should all make sure there are tat pics jn our profile…make a tattoo album!
-
Sair —that was TrophyWife who had the peacock on her side…it’s gorgeous
-
I posted a pic of the feather that I am adding to mine in my profile…these next two weeks are gonna d-r-a-g
-
Jenn, I love that feather tattoo… so you got your doctor to prescribe you a pain med? Have you ever tried the sprays? I haven't, but I've heard they can help… you guys are making me crave another tattoo already!
-
The Lidocaine spray works like a CHARM! But the skin has to be opened up before it numbs the area 🙁 Thus why it has to wait until towards the end to be useful
Love that peacock tattoo! I should take something before I got too haha. Ibuprophene only works for a little
