oops my bad…the video is Cat going from an inside leg hang into aysha….not reverse aysha. Didnt realize there was a difference.

In the cat gennaro vid she makes the transition look so easy lol…it seems like such a fluid motion but i guess it goes for most moves when learning them it feels anything but fluid…i should work on my form in the aysha and get that correct before continuing work on the transition now that ive been doing it incorrectly …oops 🙂
