toning trouble areas?
i am looking for moves to tone and tame my "worst" offenders..lower abs, obliques, inner/upper thighs, and butt ( i want it bigger/rounder/lifted https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif ) so i am really needing moves that dont need anything more than resistance bands or free weights. i also have a hoop, stability ball, pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif and a bosu ball. i just dont have acsess to gym eguipment. any advice or vids would be appreciated. i do moves like squats, but i feel it more in my thighs than my butt or i do abs and cant seem to target lower abs.ect. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif
