So I learned a spin (I don't remember the name) where you're on spin mode and you sweep your outer leg out and lift into a back hook (with outer arm high and inner arm a little lower), and then the lower arm slides into an elbow hold as the outer leg comes to rest behind the pole just under and sort of parallel to the leg hooked in front of the pole – then the higher outher hand lets go and is extended out to the side.  Points of contact are the inside of the elbow of the inner arm, the back of the knee of the inner hooked leg, and the top of the shin of the outer leg. Does anybody know this one?

Anyway I find this spin difficult to come out of – I normally just grab the pole with the extended hand and let go with everything else and sort of awkwardly slip down.  I want it to flow better with other moves though – any ideas about how to come out of it a little more gracefully?
