what exercises for strength should I be doing?
I don’t have Veena’s lessons yet I do plan on paying for them. I was wondering what are some good strength building exercises? I have been doing the basic climb and some shoulder and legs exercises, I have been doing yoga to, what are your opinions on good strength exercises and if its on the pole I am a beginner, I want to get strong enough where I can do the tricks I want to work on like carousel spin side spin etc. I have been working on freestyle dancing, when I first started 3 years ago I wanted to do tricks and I was so weak I couldn’t do them and I didn’t try to cause I knew I would hurt myself, I got discouraged and quite for 2 years, this time I want to take it slow and not rush, I want to gain the strength I need for this and have control on the pole.
