I’ve heard the term Chinese grip. what is it? Like, I’ve heard Nadia Sharif uses Chinese grip. what does that mean? I’ve heard of Chinese pole. I guess that means the rubber coated poles that they use in cirque de soleil, but what is Chinese grip?
    thanks!

Chinese grip is then your top hand is gripping the pole with pinky up and thumb down, full hand wrapping around the pole, so it is different than twisted grip. We have a new rubber wrap to wrap the poles at for a good price of around $80 to wrap a pole 8ft tall
