    Im going to try them. I did try one tonite after pole.but one of my legs is doing sumthing werd. I did my resistance stretch I proped one leg on pole then the other I pull towards me while my hands push away then I push away and try to ressist with my leg but as I’m pushing it bk down I get this strange lock feeling that I have to push through n it kills right at the top not sure how I have done it. I first noticed it a few week ago doing my jade splits. The leg that goes away my left leg hurt as I brought it down. Does ne off that make sense to you lol

    My wobbly bits are my luv handles. The only good thing is that they are more stream lined since starting poling. I have lost inches but I don’t think it’s through fat loss as its still all there to pinch!!
    I have also noticed that since my abs are firmer my belly fat is more prominent. I think all the muscle is pushing the fat out haha!!

    @zoeyxxxx: How do you mean your back leg hurts when you do Jade? Is it in some of the muscles you feel the pain or somewhere else?
