when you save shave cream on the hands, is there one we should look for or will some cheapy do like the old Barbasol stuff. I don't have much problem with leg grip but my hands and feet are puddles. I use Dry Hands and it works for a bit. I reapply, rewash reapply reapply reapply. Very grateful for it because I could never do some of the moves without it but would like to get throu a routine with out slip worry

@bbyblue – have you tried it? I am waiting on my tester to come back to me and tell me if it worked to stop her hyperhidrosis.
I am going to add it to my website in the UK http://www.everythingpoledancing.co.uk after I find 2 more testers to give it a go – if you have VERY sweaty hands and want to apply to test please contact me THROUGH THE WEBSITE CONTACT FORM (not on here). Thank you.

I just ordered some dirty girl, so I'll see how it goes! Nothing else has worked so far.

My ears were burning…heard my name 🙂
So I hate self promotion on forums so I promise not to, but am totally up for answering questions and giving tips on sweat and such. Also, here is a link to my how to video on how to use DGP. It is NOT like any other sweat aid and I noticed many at the Vegas Expo testing it out and trying to use it like dryhands and such…so please watch the video!

If you have any questions at all, please ask!! I am also working on a tips video for people with sweat issues in general and other things they can do externally and internally to help. I've done a TON of research on the subject, so if you subscribe, you'll see that vid as soon as it goes up. I'll also be doing more vids on other uses for DGP.
@sensualscimitar your order is heading out today! Since you live so close to me, you should have it tomorrow or Saturday.

i was wondering if regular chalk used by weight lifters will damage a chrome X Pole?
-
I think I’ve heard of people using chalk, as well as liquid chalk, so I would imagine it’s safe on the pole!
-
Bad thing about chalk is it ends up everywhere….not sexy in photos LOL LOL
-
lol you have a point bbyblue. I did notice tonight after using Dry Hands that I had chalk marks on my calfs and tops of my feet lol It wasn't like fly away chalk but it was certainly there. Doesn't usually happen lol

I have a few friends who competed/performed recently and had some amazing routines, but unfortunately on video and camera, they looked like Casper the Friendly Ghost all covered in chalky powder LOLOL

In my experience iTac is no good for the hands. It is a beeswax based product, so the beeswax will melt due to how hot the hands can get and cause slippiness. It’s great for body stick but even as I apply it on the body I use the back of my knuckles so as not to get it on my hands. Tite Grip is my favorite. I have the new formula. I use a few layers. I begin applying a half hour before activity, then right before, and during if I need it. Before a performance where nerves are causing extra sweat, I’ll use up to 10 layers in the time leading up to performance (and that still didn’t stop me from wiping my butt at the competition, ugh, habit). I would recommend trying Tite Grip to curb sweat, and Mighty Grip as a stick aid.

I have been using Zoraya’s gripgloves, but now the weather in Perth is warming up, I am finding that my hands get sweaty inside the gloves so I end up slipping. Am going to try out various products (tite grip, dry hands, itac, shave cream, etc to see what works best.
