workout before meal or after?
hey girls
im just wondering which is the best things to do.
i usually eat my meal 2hrs before my workout but i found hard to waiting for 2hrs
to do my workout after the meal.
and i heared if you eat your meal right after workout will gaining weight which
i really don't want to gain any weight.
so any idea? how to manage workout time after or before meal? 😀
