  x pole spare parts

  Are these available? I need a new bottom part (the bit where you lock and unlock the spin) as I’ve managed to get my 100mm extension completely stuck to it (it was a dumbass moment).

  Call the X-Pole customer service and they can figure out what you need and send you new ones. Can’t guarantee they won’t charge you for it, though; depends on what it is. Their customer service is great! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

  I’ve sent an email to the customer services to find out the cost

  I broke a dome and Stacey at xpole UK got it all sorted for me really easily.

  The customer service for this product rocks.
