yay i got a chopper with absolutely NO kicking!!!
Posted by polebunny on September 6, 2010 at 11:31 pmim so excited i can do that! the way i did it to make sure i couldnt kick was to start out stand with my feet crossed that way there was no chance of kicking. what inspired me was i was using this stance to do reverse crunches without kicking so i tried a chopper and got it! im so happy i can do it on strength alone! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif

stand beside the pole, hands gripping like u would invert. then pull knees to chest, lower to the chair position like a chair spin feet not touching floor, and pull knees back up to chest. at first i could not repeat without touching floor but that is the goal. this works your core really well! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_albino.gif
