Just listen to your body. I’m not gonna say ignore the pain but some move do hurt until you get stronger. I would worry more if it doesn’t get any better after awhile. It may even help to do some stretches and of course I’m always a big fan of strength training. Sometimes wrapping your wrist with ace bandage can help a lot until you get stronger.
