It’s hard to tell from the angle of the photo but I think you’re a bit too close to the pole and high up on the thigh.
Try placing the pole farther from the hip crease, towards the thigh. If you’re doing it from the squat make sure your torso is not too close to the pole. Being too close will reduce your leverage.
It should look like this…. I’m leaning back away from the pole creating an angle with my upper body.
