Don’t feel bad I have been interesting in pole dance for almost a year now and I just recently started figuring out the names of some moves! Veena’s lessons are really good and she names a lot of the holds and spins and she breaks everything down very nicely so I highly recommend buying them they’ve helped me tremendously!
