I think the pain is actually in my forearm and not my wrist. From the research I’ve done it seems to be forearm splints (like shin splints but in the forearm). I think I got it from doing the pole pushes under the Pole Strength Routine program. For now I am resting it, icing it and doing some compression. It feels a bit better today so I am going to see if it heals before going to the doctor. I had been doing the wrist and forearm strengthening exercises regularly but maybe I need to focus more on that. Thanks!
