    When you are going upside down into this move bring your knees past you’re upper hand on the pole and push your bum out ( still keeping kness on pole ) straighten your legs then keeping them still on the pole slide them out till you get to your calfs. You will start to feel where your balance is as everyone is different ( longer legs, short torso, short legs etc… ) everyone will have a different balance point when you feel you have the balance then open one leg then slowly open the other leg. Hope this helps! It helped all of my students 🙂
