Flying Body – HELP!
Is there a lesson for the flying body? Am I overlooking it? I need to really clean mine up for a performance at the beginning of October!
Also, any tips / preps / advice appreciated!

except we are not walking before hand. We are standing then kicking right into the move from static. Then dropping to the ground.

It’s a reverse grab, but you add the V kick out! If you’re new to pole it’s not recommended, you’ll want to strength the shoulders, and avoid this move if you have hyperextended elbows. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4fc4dc2f-1bd8-4026-9725-02690ac37250
