    Yeahh they’ve said nothing that raises the pulse for two weeks and can resume everything after 4 but i don’t think my surgeon really understood about poling so will probably take more time off than that.

    🙂 Thanks for the replys every one!! Just 18 sleeps aha! can't wait to get the done, be recovered  & get back to working out. At least i'll have time to focus on my flexibility while im off the pole! Im the most unflexible person ever!!

     

    @Spinderells i'm going to buy Alethea's Pure Splits! Heard so many good things! Hopefully i can get my splits this year : )

    Hi Rebecca, I dance at Pure Joy in the jewlry quarter area of birmingham. There are 5 poles and classes are generally kept very small : ) x
