I actually couldn’t find a video of anyone else linking them together like this (when I googled it people seems to do one then invert to scorpio or something.)

We’ve been working on it, But getting the 2nd invert is tough. I even start on my weaker side so to end up on my stronger side. (I can usually aerial invert ok on both sides)

I feel like there might be one tip or trick I’m missing.. maybe the right time to switch the hands or get the momentum going… Sigh. 🙂

I’d love to see some tips and a breakdown for Devil’s Point Shuffle. I love when its linked together on each side (like an advanced version of a gemini climb) but MANNNNNN, just getting that second invert is tough!

I agree the GoGos are so low rise, esp in the front.

I love the Brazils… and for a bit more coverage the Competition Shorts are great.

I say it’s pretty true to size…. But allows for some different shapes and sizes.

I put in an order with 3 friends, all of us have pretty different shapes but got the same size. So within reason it accommodates so different body types.

Yeah, I just have to echo what everyone else said. These lessons have helped me beyond words. I do go to a studio too, and I still find the lessons here essential for my home practices. 💕💕💕

I also am in love with my crash mat. You can get by with cushions and stuff, but I’m glad when it came down to it I bought the mat. Just makes me feel safer practicing at home.

Pleasers and Ellie’s seem to be the two big brands you’ll see. There are others but those are the ones I know.

I got both my pleasers on Amazon for less than 40 each. I always order Amazon prime so I can return easily. 🙂

I did sound a little like a meanie?!? Anyway my point was really that not everyone is as responsive and tied to their phones as I am, so I forget so many other places operate at a different (possibly better!) pace.

Plus maybe they are busy prepping for camp stuff. Who knows💕 hope that sounded better.
