Is it the lite version or regular?

Your top piece where your adjuster cover “pops” into or as it’s properly called the cover flange should be ridge side facing up.

@chem…I’ve met and poled with Sahrit a few times. She is super nice, and a great instructor. I’ve also poled with two other members, and met some at one of the pole conventions. I think it’s pretty easy to tell if someone is for real or just a creeper 😉

Cap Feb…..the shoes on that girl in the link remind me of the old toy romper stompers…lol

I can envision myself wearing these 10" heels and ending up like those models with the wobbly ankles on the runway!!!

Yes.  It has been right at a year since I started having sinus problems.  I've had infections, been on antibiotics, and had two sinus surgeries since May 2012.  I've lost a lot of strength, but I know I can get back to where I was once I get better.

I've been poling since 2009 and I've been through illnesses, surgeries, and injuries……you've got to give yourself time to feel better.  I know you want to pole, but pole is probably not going to make you feel better.  Use this time to do some stretching, yoga or something else which will be a bit easier on you and your recovery.  It might take you a while to get back on the pole and get your strength back, but you'll get there.  Hope you feel better soon!!!!

Jivete…..I remember a video of Karol Helms a couple of years back where she was poling in jeans.  I believe she used gorilla gold grip or someone used the gorilla gold grip towel on the pole.  You might want to check into that.  I'll see if I can find the video and message you.

I just love how people come up with these titles "hot girl does faceplant"…..lol

She sure was checking it again at the end.  I'm surprised she wasn't hurt!!!!

Yes it does look like the PS Star Stage because of the white platform, but not for sure.  Although I can say, I have yet to see a "fake" or "counterfeit" stage pole, and this one does not look home made.

@Mary Ellyn….can a gap not be felt or seen if the top pole is unscrewing?  I understand this is not safe and would not be acceptable if I had a pole that came unscrewed on it's own.  It just looked like the girl placed her hands about where the pole "broke".

Also if you look real closely right when she places her top hand on the pole, she moves it back and forth slightly, as if she"s checking it or something?

I agree with Chemgoddess about the Tigi Curls Rock Amplifier.

I have naturally curly hair, and my  "must have" for tangles and moisturizing in the shower is Queen Helene Cholesterol.  You can find it in Walmart or most drugstores near the ethnic hair products and it's around $3 for a 15oz jar.
