    Thanks for the reply! I have rested it for a week but it still persists. Will definitely keep monitoring it and see a doc if it continues another week. Appreciate your input! 🙂

    I also have a strange thing going on with my knees that I need advise on too. I was doing stretching exercises daily particularly for front splits and I may have overdone it (was stretching everyday) and now my knees feel as if there is a lump or a lodge between my knee caps and tendon. It does not hurt but I feel a little stiff/resistance whenever I move/walk or even when I rest. This odd feeling is more obvious when I straighten my leg compared to if I bend it.

    Anyone experienced this before?
