hey momma https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif just wanna throw out there that my pole at home is stainless steel so its nice and slippy and i never get wrist burn on it, but when i go to the studio where i use brass poles i do get wrist burn cause im overgripping. from what the instructors have said in class, girls get wrist burn when they basically get afraid and overgrip (oh god im spinning…DEATHGRIP!" or like me, im just used to a slippier pole so i overcompensate on brass lol https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif if your not getting wrist burn yoru doing it right like chem said lol

they are pretty much there to stay, but they get less noticeable over time, like your whole palm will toughen up, so it wont be just straight callouses on it, and you will get them on your non dom hand too, but that may take a bit more time, i got callouses on mine when i first started, and about 2 weeks ago when i started working harder at poling, i got them on the other hand too. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif

i have a bunch or choreographed routines in my head that i just dont have the physical cabability of doing yet so i freestyle lol, i dance to alot of really depressing rock though, and im big into music, so if i can feel the song then i have no problem just winging it, even though in my head im like "hmm, an extended butterfly would be beautiful here…" for me dancing is almost completely about the music and expressing it with my body. i dont know if maybe you have any favorite songs that make you feel that way or not

i really dont think they can legitimately take away her crown for this considering they have these girls parade around in swimsuits and do the risque photo shoots with them and everything. i think thats the main issue right now is people arent sure how to react cause really, they are just pics of her in shorts and a tshirt pole dancing, whereas the miss usa photos that were taken were far more tantalizing. iunno, i hope they dont do anything to her cause she didnt do anything wrong

i cant get my boyfriend to watch me dance to save my life lol, he watched me when i first got my pole, and now he wont even to spot me. i dont do too much of a sensual dance thing i just treat it as exercise and like to have him there to make sure i dont break my neck,and to show him all the cool new things i can do https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif but yea, after those first few times he refuses to watch because "its no fun when i can watch but you wont let me touch" he still doesnt understand that me sweating and bruising myself and pushing myself to the max does not inspire feelings of lust in me https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

i have never actually heard of sugaring before but i think im gonna look into it now https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif i hate shaving cause i can shave be all nice and smooth, then 5 hours later have bad pricklies. i guess its cause im french canadian lol. where would you look for sugaring? like target? or specialty shops?
